Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a strategic, collaborative Human Resources Director to lead hospital HR operations and serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders.

This role will help shape workforce strategy, strengthen employee relations, support talent acquisition and retention, and ensure consistent compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of related healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of hospital organization and the functions of hospital departments.
• Current knowledge of personnel practices and wage-and-hour requirements.
• Ability to advise leaders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for hospital HR programs, policies, and practices.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce strategy, structure, and people implications.
• Lead employee-relations matters including investigations, disputes, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Promote fair, compliant application of employment policies and practices.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Guide performance management, leadership development, and organizational-change initiatives.
