Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a full-time day shift, onsite in Sonora, CA. The role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, guiding employee relations, engagement, workforce planning and talent development across the organization.

You will partner with managers, navigate complex employee issues, ensure legal and policy compliance, and drive HR initiatives aligned with our mission and values in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Five to seven years of progressive HR experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Certifications SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required for consideration.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a strategic partner to managers by providing HR consultation and guidance.
• Provides guidance to leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Leads complex employee relations issues and investigations with fair, compliant outcomes.
• Drives employee engagement and talent development; supports workforce planning and succession.
• Analyzes HR metrics and advises senior leadership on actionable improvements.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and policies across the organization.
