Lucid Motors is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist at our Phoenix hub to sustain and improve HR programs and deliver high-quality employee experiences.

You will provide HR administrative support, manage records, assist with onboarding, and ensure smooth HR operations for employees and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • 0-3 years’ experience in HR coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR function across areas.
  • Manage employee databases, prepare reports, and maintain HR records.
  • Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and triage issues.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation for HR matters.
  • Support onboarding, pre-boarding, and positive employee experiences.
  • Process HR documents such as new-hires, changes, evaluations, and benefits.
  • Assist with orientation and provide onboarding support for new hires.
  • Research company policies and training resources as needed.
  • I-9 verification, re-verification, and onsite onboarding support.
  • Answer HR Helpdesk inquiries with guidance and resources.
  • Support continuous improvement toward operational excellence.

The Human Resources Generalist will bring a passion for maintaining and refining existing programs while driving continuous process improvement, supporting world-class onboarding and employee experiences by proactively identifying and addressing HR workflow inefficiencies, executing and enhancing established, comprehensive onboarding programs, supporting ongoing employee engagement initiatives, maintaining and optimizing meaningful employee touchpoints throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring consistent delivery of HR services and programs across the organization. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. They will sustain and incrementally improve existing HR processes and programs to maintain high-quality employee experiences. This is an onsite position located at Lucid Motors Phoenix Hub.

This position will work closely with and support the local Human Resources team.
You Will:

  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas.
  • Manage employee databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate HR records
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and complaints: Performing initial triage of issues, providing immediate advisory services on matters such as absence, accommodations, health issues, conduct, and organizational change.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and documentation to ensure proper handling and resolution of all HR/Employee matters.
  • Provide pre-boarding preparation and onboarding support and provide a positive employee experience.
  • Process various, manually or electronically, related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Assist in new-hire orientation preparation and provides a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Assisting with researching and providing information related to company policies, pieces of training, and other human resource programs.
  • I9 verification, I9 re-verification, and onsite onboarding support.
  • Answer HR Helpdesk employee inquiries by providing answers, guidance, and resources.
  • Maintain a service-focused and user-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement toward Operational Excellence.
  • All other duties as assigned.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired.
  • 0-3 years’ experience in Human Resources as a coordinator or as an Administrative Support, or Masters Degree in HR or other applicable field
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills are a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Focus on employee data accuracy and integrity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
