Acentra Health is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to designated business units, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee experience, and business results.

You will guide workforce planning, organizational design, talent and change initiatives, and collaborate with HR to deliver integrated solutions in a global delivery model.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Human Resources with an HRBP or similar role.
• Experience in a global delivery model across geographies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, and talent development.
• Support change initiatives, mergers, acquisitions integration.
• Coach leaders on performance, conduct, and employee relations.
