Job summary

Acentra Health seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner across business units. You will translate priorities into people strategies, guide workforce planning, design, and talent actions, and drive transformation with leaders worldwide.

You will analyze HR data, coach leadership on performance and development, support mergers or restructures, and ensure compliant policies with a global perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' progressive HR experience, including HRBP or similar role.
• Experience advising leaders on org design, workforce planning and change.
• Experience in global delivery across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to designated leaders and People Leaders.
• Support HR strategies aligned with business objectives and culture.
• Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends and risks.
• Partner on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning.
• Support change initiatives and communication to sustain change.
• Advise on talent management, succession, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance, conduct, and employee relations matters.
• Conduct investigations and escalate high-risk matters with Legal when needed.
• Interpret policies and suggest updates based on business needs.
