You will partner with site and Global HR to ensure data accuracy, planning discipline, and execution rigour.

The role emphasizes building forecasts, dashboards, and governance across HR initiatives, with a focus on risk mitigation, change management, and data‑driven leadership briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 0–3 years progressive experience in workforce analytics, HR operations, program management, or employee relations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRBP project roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Assess initiatives based on business impact and alignment; govern scopes and milestones.
• Define project timelines and governance standards for major HR initiatives.
• Own the site‑level HR initiative portfolio and monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Monitor delivery status and quality across organizations; escalate where needed.
• Design and deliver training for execution standards and strategic reporting.
• Identify risks and dependencies; evaluate mitigation actions and escalation timing.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and change management; develop communication plans.
• Build production plant workforce forecasts; develop scenario models aligned to fab ramp.
• Prepare workforce dashboards and data packs for reviews; analyze workforce data.
• Define data logic for key metrics; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support enterprise interface with HR centers of excellence; localize programs.
• Manage HR budget and resource planning; assess financial impact.
