Job summary

Travelers is seeking an HR Manager to partner with our Claim Business Delivery, Analytics & Technology organization in Hartford, CT. You will handle talent pipelining, employee relations, performance management and organizational design to support a 400+ engineering workforce through a major transformation.

With 5+ years in HR and a relevant degree, you will shape compensation, development plans and cross‑functional collaboration while aligning with Travelers' strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Typically five or more years of HR experience with most experience preferred in generalist position.
• College degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, business or other related course of study or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with business leaders on HR issues and strategy.
• Identify workforce analytics and implement action plans.
• Consult on organization effectiveness, design, and leadership development.
• Ensure HR strategies are cost effective and aligned with business goals.
• Execute HR plan in coordination with the customer group.
• Support talent pipelining, employee relations, performance management and development.
