Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives and partner with leadership across multiple locations.

This role balances strategic initiatives with hands-on support in employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. You will work in a flexible environment that allows home-based and office presence as needed, with travel to office locations within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR generalist/business partner capacity.
• Business partnering skills, business, and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills with ability to build trust.
• Knowledge of labor laws and ability to apply them in workplace situations.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership teams to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
• Support leaders in implementing HR strategies to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact to Managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy issues.
• Identify attrition trends and partner with leaders on improvement measures.
• Advise and influence managers with day-to-day HR-related issues.
