Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of professional HR experience, including ≥2 years as HR generalist/business partner.
• Strong business partnering with financial acumen.
• Proven integrity and trust-based relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Ability to travel 10–20% for business.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage as trusted advisor to leadership teams to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
• Support leaders in implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives including strategic planning and organizational alignment.
• Serve as the main contact to Managers on employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee development and policy issues.
• Identify attrition trends and partner with leaders on improvements.
• Advise and influence managers with day-to-day HR-related issues.
• Provide proactive, innovative HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Champion and align HR Strategy to deliver value-added services and ROI.
• Coordinate compensation and rewards processes and communications.
• Forecast human capital requirements and support succession planning and talent development.
