Lowe's in New Orleans, LA is seeking an HR leader to align people strategies with business goals and drive organizational performance. You will partner with site leadership to coach and develop associates, lead talent assessment discussions, and ensure engagement and culture initiatives support Lowe's strategic direction.

Ideal candidates have a strong HR background, demonstrated supervisory experience, and the ability to influence change across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years progressive HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3 years HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines with policy interpretation.
• 1 year experience managing or supervising others.
• 3 years cross-functional team experience with exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Preferred: Master's degree and broader location exposure.
