Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Director of Consumer Advising & Support to set strategic direction and drive operational excellence across consumer-facing functions. You will lead a high-performing team, translate strategy into execution, and influence stakeholders to improve the consumer experience.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in customer-facing operations, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer-facing operations (contact center, patient support programs, or similar).
• Proven experience leading leaders and managing multifunctional teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational strategy and execution in a regulated environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect dots across functions and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Compliance with Advamed Code of Ethics and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Consumer Advising and Support, delivering operational excellence.
• Lead a high-performing leadership team and foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Consumer Advising and Consumer Support.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large-scale contact center with service levels and quality targets.
• Drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and performance metrics.
• Oversee resolution of complex consumer issues with loyalty and retention focus.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
