Qualifications

Experience presenting topics related to values, principles and soft skills.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical application.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
Willingness to work on-site in Harahan, LA.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to build a comprehensive people strategy aligned with culture and goals.
Design and deliver training using blended learning tools and adult learning theory.
Support managers with performance coaching and development plans.
Serve as a trusted partner for coaching and onboarding activities.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Conduct onboarding check-ins and exit interviews as needed.
Support HR questions related to benefits, recruiting, payroll and relations.
