Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP/GPHR).

Responsibilities

• Aligning people strategies with business goals, investment priorities, and regulatory obligations
• Leading HR integration for newly acquired entities—from assessment through change management
• Advising on high-risk employee matters with consistency, fairness, and sound judgment
• Designing and executing workforce transitions, including RIF strategies and severance programs
• Partnering with Legal, COEs, and senior leadership to identify risks and strengthen organizational health
• Driving policy harmonization, systems integration, and process optimization across the enterprise
