Qualifications

• 3+ years as HR Generalist with recruiting, employee relations, compensation and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations; ability to work in a matrix structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy for plant-level client groups and partner with leadership teams.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, development, promotions and departures.
• Manage workforce planning, succession, employee development and engagement.
• Oversee core HR processes with HR leadership and COEs; ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Provide counsel on employee and labor relations with timely, fair resolutions.
