Job summary

The Boeing Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to site leadership. This role aligns HR strategies with business objectives to enhance operational performance, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities include employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, workforce planning, and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and business leaders to understand priorities and develop HR strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and processes.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, engagement and development.
• Lead or support investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution per policy and law.
• Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and organizational design.
• Assist with talent management activities including succession planning and leadership development.
• Deliver integrated HR support with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Operations.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support compensation and performance review processes as needed.
• Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support change management and organizational communications with site leadership.
