Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent strategies to elevate organizational capability and drive results.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development programs to meet current and future needs.
• Coach leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive HR analytics, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Partner with plant leadership to boost engagement, performance, and inclusion.
