Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced HR leader to support the Wilson, NC manufacturing facility. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, cultivating a positive employee relations climate and aligning with the People Strategy.

You will drive engagement, analyze data to identify risks, coach leaders on performance and development, and collaborate across functions to deliver consistent HR solutions. Domestic travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• University Degree with at least 10 years of HR experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years.
• Experience as HR Generalist, Employee Relations Partner, or HR Business Partner.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• 5+ years HR experience supporting leaders and teams in manufacturing.
• Experience driving HR self-service tools adoption and leveraging Centers of Expertise.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities with resilience and agility.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust with senior leaders.
• No security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Wilson, NC manufacturing facility as an HR leader.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
• Promote positive employee relations and support People Strategy.
• Drive engagement initiatives and analyze data to mitigate risks.
• Interpret HR policies and ensure fair application.
• Address and resolve complex workplace situations.
• Conduct objective workplace investigations and drive resolution.
• Coach leaders on performance management and talent development.
• Provide guidance on reporting lines, spans of control, and organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on culture and change-program adoption.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver consistent HR solutions.
• Travel domestically up to 10%.
