Job summary

Freudenberg in Bristol, NH is seeking a Generalist HR Business Partner to collaborate with site leadership on people strategies that support operations, workforce stability, and business performance. You will advise on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning while driving a positive employee experience.

You will lead complex employee relations matters, coach leaders, and analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced environments.
• Strategic HRBP with hands-on HR initiatives and employee support activities.
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Leader to develop and execute people strategies aligning with goals and performance.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Drive positive employee experience through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.
• Lead investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation with fairness.
• Coach leaders to improve accountability and team performance across the site.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
