Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Strategic HR partner with hands-on HR initiatives and employee support.
• Experience using workforce analytics to guide leadership decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site's second-in-command HR leader and partner with site leaders.
• Develop and execute people strategies that support operations, stability, and performance.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee relations.
• Drive positive employee experience and track engagement and culture initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders to improve accountability and team performance.
• Collaborate with TA, L&D, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, and other HR teams.
