Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong advisory partner to site leadership on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Experience with investigations, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ability to translate workforce data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Leader and leadership team to develop people strategies that support operations and performance.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Drive a positive employee experience through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.
• Lead investigations, conflict resolution, performance actions, and policy interpretation with fairness.
• Coach leaders to improve communication, accountability, and team performance.
• Analyze turnover, absenteeism, and engagement trends to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Compliance to deliver integrated HR solutions.
