Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Manager, BUHR Finance in Raynham, MA to act as a strategic finance partner to HR leadership. You will translate HR initiatives into financial outcomes and lead talent strategy across the Finance organization.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Finance and Legal, Functions, you will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience including business partnering.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and workforce planning for the Finance function.
• Partner with business leaders to drive talent, capability building, and leadership development.
• Provide data-driven insights on organization design and workforce planning.
