Job summary

The position reports to the VP of Human Resources & Operations and focuses on organizational health, workforce planning, and change management, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Confidential handling of employee relations matters and investigations.
• Ability to guide managers through sensitive conversations with professionalism.
• Experience partnering with leadership on health, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Capacity to develop training and development resources for managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner for assigned leaders and departments.
• Align people strategies with organizational priorities and business objectives.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance, and team dynamics.
• Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent needs.
• Support change initiatives and help leaders communicate changes to teams.
• Handle employee relations matters, policy guidance, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management lifecycle, including development planning and reviews.
• Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
