Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
• Five to seven years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating strategy into people priorities.
• Lead talent and performance processes: reviews, calibration, succession, development, retention, cycles.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on job architecture, leveling, compensation, promotions.
• Manage employee relations matters with confidentiality and risk awareness; advise on policy.
• Drive workforce insights and manager enablement with data, communications, and change.
