St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated units, delivering strategic HR guidance and building trusted partnerships across the organization.

You will influence workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, change management, and culture to build organizational capability and leadership strength, supporting groundbreaking research and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partnering or similar role.
• Experience managing HR best practices with understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Google Sheets/Slides.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with leaders to understand business operations and financial drivers, delivering value-driven consultation.
• Use workforce analytics and business insights to identify opportunities and develop people strategies.
• Provide evidence-based strategic guidance to leaders and help navigate complex people decisions.
• Support organizational change by anticipating impacts and communicating effectively.
• Provide guidance that balances organizational priorities with unique circumstances.
• Strengthen team performance and leadership effectiveness through development opportunities.
• Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders to align integrated solutions with business priorities.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Experience to support leaders in achieving goals.
