Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partnering or similar role.
• Experience in managing HR best practices with understanding of hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and compensation practices.
• Experience planning and managing delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability mentoring people and delivering results.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
