St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking an experienced Lead Employee & Labor Relations Advisor to guide and influence employee and labor relations practices across the institution.

You will lead complex investigations, consult with leaders and HR partners, and mentor ER Advisors to elevate capability and consistency in practice. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years in an employee relations or similar role.
• Experience researching complex HR issues and implementing actions.
• Experience managing audits, surveys, and complex reporting.
• Familiarity with Workday/HRIS and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead resource for complex ER matters to leaders, HR partners, and employees.
• Conduct and oversee sensitive, high-risk workplace investigations.
• Analyze findings and develop risk-based, compliant recommendations.
• Mentor and develop Employee Relations Advisors for capability growth.
• Set team priorities and manage caseload distribution.
• Contribute to ER programs, policies, and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Develop partnerships with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to address workplace concerns.
• Analyze trends and workforce data to identify proactive ER interventions.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities in ER programs.
• Lead team meetings and drive collaboration and accountability.
