C.H. Robinson is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to support Enterprise Strategy & Innovation and RMS teams.

In this role, you will partner with business leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy, focus on talent and leadership development, and influence decisions through effective facilitation and collaboration across the organization. You will leverage people management tools and COEs to drive organizational effectiveness, culture, and DE&I initiatives while navigating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working directly with senior and/or executive level leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally).
• Master’s degree preferred; SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Influence workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies for long-term growth.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee development.
• Use workforce analytics and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive change management and communication strategies supporting initiatives and transitions.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance engagement, culture, and performance.
• Advise leaders on team effectiveness and strategic talent decisions.
