Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP/Generalist work.
• Experience coaching managers on performance, employee relations, and development.

Responsibilities

• Build effective partnerships with leaders across multiple business functions.
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and organizational change.
• Support talent processes: performance reviews, talent reviews, succession, development, engagement.
• Assist with organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate on compensation processes and job guidelines; implement HR programs.
