Qualifications

3–5 years HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development, required.
Experience in higher education preferred.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for managers and staff to understand HR service delivery and access HR services.
Administer HR plans and procedures across client groups.
Manage FMLA and Reasonable Accommodations processes; escalate complex issues as needed.
Assist in policy development and implementation.
Perform compensation and payroll duties under HR leadership.
