Inova Health is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with clinical and enterprise goals across three major hospitals in Virginia. The role requires partnering with senior leaders, informing decisions with workforce analytics, and guiding organizational design and change initiatives to improve patient care and performance.

5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in a complex, multi-site organization.
Experience advising leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Strong collaboration with HR COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Responsabilidades

Serve as trusted HR advisor to senior leaders across assigned clinical/enterprise functions.
Translate portfolio strategy into actionable people strategies and workforce plans.
Use analytics to inform recommendations and challenge leaders with an enterprise perspective.
Support change management, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
Partner with COEs to drive talent reviews, succession planning and employee engagement.
