Job summary

Inova Health is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders across a large, complex health system, aligning strategy with workforce and organizational design. You will influence without formal authority, partnering with COEs to deliver scalable HR solutions and support patient care excellence.

You will lead workforce planning, succession, engagement, and change initiatives, leveraging analytics to drive actionable decisions across clinical and enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR business partner experience in a complex, multi-site organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders as a trusted HR partner across clinical, operational, or enterprise functions.
• Translate portfolio strategy, operating model, workforce and financial priorities into actionable people plans.
• Use People Analytics to inform recommendations and proactive solutions across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with COEs on organizational design, talent planning, engagement, and succession.
