Job summary

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR and talent support across two facilities, HCA FL Fort Walton and HCA FL Twin Cities Hospitals. You will shape workplace culture and an engaged workforce through HCA’s policies and programs.

You will partner with HR leadership to support labor relations, advise on learning initiatives, and drive employee development and performance programs to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, required.
• 3+ years in relevant work experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in an HR department.

Responsibilities

• Engage designated leaders to understand talent needs and define people strategies.
• Partner with VP of HR and Labor Relations Center of Excellence to support Labor Relations strategy.
• Provide HR observations in meetings and one-on-one sessions to develop initiatives.
• Advise leaders on learning and organizational development, including employee development plans and succession planning.
