Job summary

Trident Care is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align talent strategies with organizational goals across the enterprise. You will act as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning, while guiding employee relations, investigations, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Multi-state employment experience, including California.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Serve as strategic advisor on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management.
• Support succession planning and leadership development to strengthen bench strength.
• Facilitate annual performance management and development planning.
