Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary contact for HR escalations from People Managers. You will collaborate with Sr.

HRBPs, Workplace Solutions, and COCs to deliver integrated HR solutions and support strategic initiatives. You will assist with workforce planning, succession, learning and development, and talent management, while coaching leaders, handling performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

• Demonstrated business acumen aligning HR initiatives with objectives.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge across policies, performance, and development.
• Ability to coach business leaders and support team performance.
• Experience analyzing data to inform HR decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for HR escalations from managers and align with Sr. HRBPs.
• Support workforce planning, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Oversee learning framework and upskilling opportunities.
• Guide talent management and performance reviews for employees.
• Collect metrics and analyze trends to inform solutions and policies.
• Roll out Future of Work initiatives and advise managers accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with Workplace Solutions.
