You will partner with leadership, operations, and key accounts to drive engagement and performance while guiding talent initiatives and process improvements.

The role focuses on trusted advisory support, staffing, onboarding, wage analyses, and ongoing collaboration with HR and operations to strengthen organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or Business Admin or related field.
• Experience partnering with leadership, operations, and client accounts.
• Ability to develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR/people partner for assigned teams, supporting planning, performance, and engagement.
• Develop talent strategies with leadership to meet business goals.
• Act as primary contact for high-value accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Provide reporting and insights on performance, staffing and turnover for key accounts.
• Identify recruiting strategies to maintain a ready pipeline of candidates.
