LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading, rapidly growing organization in Ashburn, VA, to recruit an HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

The role emphasizes influencing culture, driving people-focused strategies, and partnering across Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition to enable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP expertise.
• Experience supporting large operational, field-based, or hourly populations.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive workforce strategies.
• Strong data-driven approach using HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and organizational objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Lead and support complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, employee development, and leadership coaching.
• Support organizational change initiatives and guide leaders through periods of growth and transformation.
• Assess leadership and managerial development needs and recommend learning and development solutions.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, retention, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Champion a high-performance culture through goal setting, evaluations, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Travel up to 25% to support business operations.
