Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an HR Manager, US Commercial, to provide human resources partnership to field-based Sales, Marketing and Applications teams in the United States. You will align HR priorities, enable capability development, and support employee engagement across the function.

You will lead projects, mentor managers, drive recruitment and compensation strategies, and collaborate with the broader HR team to implement large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administrations or a related field required.
• Master’s degree would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR solutions and consultation to assigned client group.
• Mentor managers on HR policies, restructuring, and complex employee issues.
• Partner with management to understand business goals and people implications.
• Plan and operate independently in client groups; escalate as needed.
• Lead and support large-scale HR initiatives and projects.
• Conduct Employee/Labor Relations investigations in partnership with ER.
• Drive Self-Service adoption for HR processes.
• Collaborate with platforms to implement large HR initiatives.
• Drive recruitment and compensation strategies.
