The role emphasizes recruitment support, leadership coaching, and collaboration with legal and management to optimize HR services and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management/generalist roles with strategic planning, employment laws, project management, and internal consulting.
• Identifiable strengths in recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner for multiple departments to support performance.
• Develop strategies aligning with organizational goals and HR programs.
• Guide managers on performance standards, job descriptions, and competencies.
• Lead training programs and development initiatives for staff and leadership.
• Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance with policies.
