Job summary

The role covers union-represented and non-union staff, advising on grievances, performance, change management, and policy application, while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Legal to drive integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a complex organization.
• Experience supporting union-represented employees is required.
• Strong negotiation, advisory, and employee relations capabilities.
• Experience handling grievances, investigations, performance and conduct matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into practical HR plans and solutions.
• Advise on workforce, talent, performance, organizational and employee matters.
• Use HR data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for decision-making.
• Support organizational changes, restructures, and workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs and adapt locally.
• Coach managers on employee relations, documentation, and performance improvement.
