Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of client facing experience OR at least 4 years of consulting experience OR a combination.
• At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 4 years of experience in Google Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to execute on HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs.
• Proactively explore, pilot, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core HR processes and talent strategies.
• Support the planning, delivery, and facilitation of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, change management, succession planning, all associate surveys, and organizational design.
• Develop walk-around decks, communications, data analysis, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or "train the trainer" sessions.
• Leverage data-driven insights to problem-solve and consult on strategic initiatives across the broader Corporate Banking organization.
• Explore Corporate Banking industry trends and share best practices to continuously improve offerings.
• May require occasional travel
