Job summary

University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking an HR Business Partner to align human resource strategies with business objectives at the Community Hospitals. You will work with management to deliver talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation programs, supporting organizational design and employee relations.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Administration and at least three years of multi-disciplinary HR experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and trends.
• Knowledge of organizational design, talent management, compensation, employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the human resource center of excellence to provide innovative human resource solutions.
• Implements methods to facilitate assigned project completion, organizational change, and business transformation.
• Executes the delivery of value-added HR services to include talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and project management.
• Coordinates and resolves employee relations issues. Coaches managers regarding effective performance management and progressive discipline processes and tools.
