Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field with seven years of experience leading human resources functions.
Progressive experience in HR generalist and HR management positions.
Experience leading HR functions across the institution with a strategic focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic direction, planning, administration, evaluation and coordination of HR across the institution’s three mission areas.
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, engagement, compensation, benefits, leave administration and HR compliance.
Set standards for HR service quality, monitor service levels and balance conflicting demands.
Provide strategic consultation to CHRO and HR leaders for workforce planning and administration.
