Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leaders, translating talent strategies into scalable solutions that drive performance and growth.

You will guide organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with broad HR expertise, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change management.
• Experience supporting Commercial, sales, or other customer-facing organizations; pharma/biotech/healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence leaders, and experience with HRIS/workday and analytics.
