ADP is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging HR experience and ADP product knowledge to solve complex business challenges and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. Use strong interpersonal skills and HR/product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate. Interpret business issues and share knowledge/best practices with leadership and clients.
