Job summary

The Koch Capabilities Team in Wichita, KS is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders to understand how the business creates value and proactively identify opportunities for HR to support that value creation.

You will collaborate with EHS, Aviation, and Communications & Marketing, influence leaders on business decisions, and drive talent planning, employee development, and HR transformation across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or in Human Resources.
• Ability to provide calm, practical guidance to business partners through critical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on organizational health and supervisor effectiveness.
• Influence business decisions using Principle Based Management.
• Partner on recruiting, retention, and succession planning strategies.
• Identify capability gaps and develop plans to close them.
• Support employee relations including coaching, performance management, and separations.
• Drive HR innovation and transform processes.
