Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area preferred.
• 2+ years in HR or related business experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver on multiple large projects and requests.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Conflict resolution, influence and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR Business Partners and translates business needs into HR strategies.
• Creates and develops reporting for HR Business Partners.
• Analyzes data from multiple sources to support Human Capital goals.
• Develops processes, reporting and communications for HC tasks.
• Provides technical support for HR applications and systems.
• Uses Microsoft Office suite for detailed reporting.
• Acts as liaison with HR Operations and external providers.
• Assists in preparation and distribution of communications.
• Responsible for follow-up tracking and reporting to meet deadlines.
• Provides input on user experience of HR systems and improvements.
• Identifies workflow issues and assists policy implementation.
