Job summary

Vivace International Corporation, located at NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead all HR at the site. You will partner with the VP & General Manager, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure policy adherence while shaping a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM cert preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/aerospace or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP/GM and site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy application.
• Oversee talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Manage site HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HRIS coordination.
• Develop recruiting strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with centralized HR to support compliance and reporting.
