Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work on-site in Hamilton, Washington.

You will partner with operations leaders to deliver comprehensive HR services, including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and training. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring compliance with Federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, WA and UT employment law.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and interruptions.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services for assigned areas, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training, policy development, and HRIS maintenance.
• Support leadership with employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Assist during performance reviews, set goals and action plans, and coach for performance improvements.
• Improve HR service efficiency through policy/process enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end employment lifecycle and maintain employee records.
• Support training programs and content development.
