Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in one or more human resources areas.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required; professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a consultative HR resource and liaison, advising leadership and employees on policies and options.
• Develops and implements HR processes for functions like training, recruitment, compensation, and payroll.
• Processes complex transactions and programs according to policies and procedures.
• Responds to inquiries in person, via email, and via various communications channels.
• Audits HR reports for policy compliance.
• Contributes to strategic plans and directs staff implementation of HR initiatives.
