Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Seven+ years of broad human resources experience and at least 3 years managing, coaching, training and evaluating direct reports.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
• Demonstrated knowledge across compensation, benefits, leave administration and workforce analytics; proficiency with Workday is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for benefits, retirement, leave, and well-being programs across UW system institutions.
• Lead development and oversight of compensation strategies, salary structures, and classification systems.
• Develop workforce analytics dashboards, reports, and metrics for executive leadership.
• Provide supervision and professional development for HR, compensation, analytics, benefits, and retirement staff.
• Collaborate with UW System leaders and external stakeholders on policy development and strategic initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and advise on organizational structure and incentives.
